RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Emmie Jo Clothing Co. purchase. If for any reason there is something not quite right with the product you have received, you are welcome to return full price items to us within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store credit provided the requirements below are met.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount on full price items. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. This includes markdowns, sale events and goods purchased using a discount code.
If you would like to exchange any full price item(s) for a different size or product, we kindly ask that you place a new order as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock once the return arrives at our office. Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed.
In order for your return to be accepted the following requirements must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be unwashed and unworn and in their original and unaltered condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number.
For returns on any full price items please email info@emmiejoclothing.com with your order number and items you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Emmie Jo Clothing Co. take no responsibility in tracking your return or items misplaced during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds on any sales items. These are final sale items and can't be returned or exchanged. This includes any markdowns and sales event items and goods purchased using a discount code.
EXCHANGES
All returns are processed as refunds for store credit. For exchanges please visit the website and place a new order for the items you would like as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock once the return arrives at our office.
