Shipping policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, this excludes statutory/federal holidays and peak times such as collection launches and sale periods. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard orders to be dispatched during peak times.
Shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Shipping times may vary and Emmie Jo Clothing Co. cannot guarantee arrival times. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail detailing your tracking information. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to populate once you receive your shipping notification email. Please note that Emmie Jo Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages in the shipping process especially when choosing lettermail as the shipment option. There is no insurance or tracking for lettermail packages.
All orders in Canada with a subtotal (before taxes and after all discounts) of $250 or more qualify for free shipping. Please note that this applies for orders in Canada only.

If you are local in the Fraser Valley / Vancouver and would like to pick up your order in person, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Canadian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded in the form of a store credit, excluding the return and original shipping fee.
Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
